辛集市行政審批局已正式掛牌運行。首批將原來分散的315項審批職能劃轉 至行政審批局，劃轉事項多，涵蓋內容廣泛。審批事項實現了 "一枚印章管審 批”的目標，實行了 “百證聯辦”、"多證合一”便利化登記審批，讓辦事群 眾進一扇門，辦成一攬子事，只需蓋一枚章，真正達到便民的目的。 

著力深化"放管服”改革，企業開辦時間壓縮到3個工作日以內，198項行 政許可事項實現"最多跑一次”，734項政務服務實現在線辦理，網上可辦率達到99.19%。
